Responsibilities
- Talent Pooling: This role involves using various recruitment strategies and tools to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes and application forms and conducting initial interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and goals.
- Recruitment Negotiation: Facilitating the smooth processing of recruitment offers and negotiating terms while ultimately hiring candidates.
- Onboarding: Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate and systematic candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Proven Experience in Recruiting or Similar Roles: Demonstrated experience in roles related to recruitment or similar positions.
- Understanding of Various Recruitment Methods and Tools: Knowledge of diverse recruitment methods and tools.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Abilities: Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced, Changing Environment: Capability to effectively work in a rapidly changing environment.
